This one's a mindsport puzzle. It took me around 1 minute to figure out. Let's see whether you can figure it out!


 Two similar glass tubes A and B are fitted in vertical position near the two opposite ends of a closed box. If water is poured into A, it is seen to rise in B also. But the level of water in B is always higher than in A. If the heights are measured from the centre of the box, the height of water in B is always twice that in A. How? (The box does not contain any compressed gas or any other liquid except water. It is not connected to any source of power, either external or internal.)
